This meeting will be held via ZOOM.  It’s free to attend and everyone is welcome, however only RDBA members-in-good-standing may vote on any motions tabled at the AGM. The focus of this year's meeting will be building capacity and establishing direction for the Association.  There are several new vacancies which require volunteers in order for the Association to continue to grow and prosper.  We strongly encourage any member who has thought about joining the board to seriously consider volunteering for one of the positions below. 

• President - James Morton has served as President for the past 4-5 years and has decided to step down as of the date of the AGM.  He has enjoyed his time immensely and will continue to help manage the website.  

• Vice President - Calvin Goulet-Jones has served as Vice President for the past 4-5 years and has decided to step down as of the date of the AGM.  He will remain active on the Board of Directors.

• Secretary - we have been unable to fill this vacancy for some time.

• Board of Directors - there is room for more individuals to serve on the board of directors.
